Seasonally driven...... Our menus are created with what our farmers bring us at the market. Let me introduce you to one of our favorite fall treats Honey Nut Squash.

These little gems come from and they never disappoint. Sweeter than butternut squash, with nutty undertones. And a skin that's fully edible. Easy to toss in olive oil, salt and pepper and roast for an elevated side. (chefs tip finish by sprinkling with a little brown butter, sage and parm)

Look for them at the farmers market this weekend or on any of our fall menus while they are available!

We use compostable and recyclable packaging whenever possible for our events, and compost our food scraps at Chef Carlie’s parents’ farm! Surplus ingredients get donated to Feed Louisville to help nourish our community.

We source locally grown ingredients from Kentucky farmers we have longstanding relationships with for our proteins and produce.
