Hello all,
We have an announcement to make. After thinking and debating long and hard, we have to close Louisville Sushi Truck permanently. It has truly been honor and privilege to serve y’all! It has been amazing 8 years. We enjoyed creating unique model and always proud of this amazing creation. It has been great experience. We dedicated to serve you freshest fish out there with reasonable pricing. We can truly say we did amazing job for past great eight years and made so many friends.

Two things: the downtown crowd is not coming back like pre-Covid era and increased prices for every single items, it is hard to maintain good flow of business.

So, we are adventuring different avenue of businesses and excited about it. Who knows, we might re-open someday. You know first and foremost we are cook and sushi-chef.

Thank you everyone for your loyal support for all these years. Please support your local and small businesses.

Thank you again my friends! 🙏🙏🙏
Louisville’s only and original Sushi Truck!
