In a place built on nearly a century of hard work, we know a thing or two about the people who make it all possible.

This Labor Day, we'll be giving our hardworking Jack Fry's family a well-deserved day away from the restaurant. We'll be closed Monday, September 7, and will reopen Tuesday, ready to welcome you back.

To our incredible staff, our friends in the hospitality industry, and everyone who keeps Louisville moving, we raise a glass to you.

For more than 90 years, Jack Fry's has been a place where unforgettable evenings begin with a cocktail, linger over conversation, and always leave room for dessert. Some traditions deserve to be honored, and others deserve to be reinvented.

The new Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Cake is a journey: layers of velvety dark chocolate, the subtle sweet of roasted pistachios, and an unexpected finish that lingers just long enough to tempt you to take another bite. It's indulgent without being heavy... familiar, yet, entirely new.

Like Jack Fry's itself, this dessert is rooted in tradition while embracing something unexpected. The best stories don't end after dinner, they end with dessert. We hope to welcome you in soon to try this stunning new addition to our dessert menu.

As we continue to remember and honor our beloved late pianist, Ray Johnson, here at Jack Fry’s, we are deeply moved to see his extraordinary legacy celebrated beyond our walls and shared with the greater Louisville community.

On Saturday, June 13th, at the Kentucky Center, The Walnut Street Revue will present a special tribute performance dedicated to the talent, spirit, and enduring memory of Ray Johnson. Known for his remarkable musicianship and the warmth he brought to every performance, Ray left an unforgettable mark on all who had the privilege of hearing him play.

This evening promises to be a heartfelt celebration of his life, his music, and the lasting influence he continues to have on Louisville’s artistic community. We are honored to see his memory carried forward in such a meaningful way and invite all who knew and loved Ray to join in celebrating the incredible legacy he leaves behind.
