Well folks, today’s the day…
Our last consistent day at !
It’s been such a pleasure to serve this community and to provide Louisville with something not quite like anything it’s seen before.
Lucky Leopards founders approached this concept over two years ago as a Neapolitan Pizza food truck, but fate and neuroticism developed it into something else entirely.
An eclectic blend of love of European cuisine and all things Neapolitan and chef unique approach to food and culture, Lucky Leopard Pizza transformed into a late night “Euro-centric” concept of peculiar, but thoughtful, array of sandwiches baked on fresh-to-order bread, fried handpies, beignets, wonderful pizza napoletana, offbeat sides & sauces, and heart… all served out of a dive-bar/nightclub on a derelict strip of road in the heart of .
The owners and staff put everything they had into this concept, and we feel that we have created a legacy that will live on in the minds of the people who have been generous enough to support us on this journey, especially our family in the service industry who have been some of our biggest supporters since day one.
Louisville, we love you.
We can’t wait to share our love with you again.
This isn’t goodbye, but rather “alla prossima!”
