Crave Wave is looking for a part-time cook to join the truck crew at Atrium Brewing on Logan St.

We’re looking for someone dependable, fast-moving, and comfortable with nights/weekends, flat top + fryer work, and the beautiful chaos of a small food truck.

Kitchen experience is a plus, but good attitude, communication, and actually showing up ready to work are huge.

Fall menu quietly starts next week at the Atrium Brewing Logan St. taproom. A few old friends, a few new little freaks, and yes… fried pickles are involved.

BLUEBERRY HILL SMASH 🫐

Smashed beef patty, fontina, chopped bacon, pickled red onions, crispy onions, and house blueberry jalapeño jam on toasted brioche.

It’s sweet, salty, cheesy, a little spicy, and exactly the kind of weird little Crave Wave situation that somehow makes perfect sense.

B**R PAIRING:
Pair it with Atrium Brewing ‘s Phillip Oatmeal Porter on nitro. The chocolatey roast plays with the blueberry jalapeño jam, the creamy nitro pour matches the fontina, and the porter’s finish helps cut through the bacon, beef, and crispy onions.

Unofficial Burger & Beyond week special, but Crave Wave style! 🤓🌊

Say hello to the Pimento Pickle Smash! A smashed beef patty with pimento cheese, bacon, fried pickle chips, shredded lettuce (which was forgotten for the picture ), and red pepper jam on toasted brioche.
We’re pairing it with Atrium Brewing ‘s Familiar Friend Märzen because the toasty malt plays perfect with the brioche, bacon, and beef, while the clean l***r finish cuts through the pimento cheese and fried pickle crunch. The red pepper jam brings a little sweet heat, and the b**r keeps the whole thing balanced.

Festival week research has never tasted better. And if you’re headed to Bourbon & Beyond this weekend, come see us!
