Big Nita's Cheesecakes

Three months since the last time we slept in. Three months since the last time we saw our friends or most family. Three months since we went out to eat for breakfast. The hustle and workload is real. The sacrifices are extreme. Everybody experiences burnout and everybody gets tired and overworked. Mental health breaks help restore our physical and mental well-being. We take these breaks seriously. Normalcy is extremely important, even if we only get it four weeks per year. Our amazing team is deserving of the time off too. We couldn't do this without them. It's time to rest, relax, and FEAST!!🥹🥹💯💯👏👏

Big Nita's Cheesecakes

We spent the day yesterday working on the new cheesecake truck. Honestly, it hit us dead in our feels. It took us years back to cleaning our very first truck. We've grown and accomplished so much since then. The opportunities recently are UNREAL. Everyday is something new, fun, and challenging. We have worked SO HARD. There is still so much we need to learn, but I can truly say that we show up and give our best every single day. No matter how stressed, tired, overwhelmed, overworked, WE SHOW UP. We're so proud and we couldn't do what we do without our amazing team. Our goal is to have our regrand opening in Charlestown the week of Halloween. We can't wait to be back home. We appreciate the love and support so much. We always feel the love. 🥹🙏
