04/08/2026 Final Inspection ✅

45 days from now there will be a 100 A letter grade from the health department placard for the front of store. Today we officially were approved to open for business. Nearly six figures of investment, resources, long shifts, and restructuring the business, we were able to cut some things out and bring new people and things in so we can grow in the right direction. A cart in the park to brick and mortar. Announcement for opening day will be 🔜 After much delay and building we can run it up 💪🏼

Side notes- this summer Knockout Cafe will be hosting and beginning an annual boxing card - details released as we finish up talks with promotions, ABC, etc.

Partnership in the works to merge with the cafe for the entertainment side 🤝🏻

October coming to an end😵‍💫 10/28 Plumbing was approved after the last several weeks of installation. Plumbing ran through the walls, floor and ceiling to meet code for ventilation, filtration, and contamination prevention. 7 total Sinks installed throughout so every working space is available with proper sanitation. Floor plan & design signed, sealed, and approved. Tying up the last few loose ends and Final Inspection for Health Department moving toward prep of Opening Day! Step by step - Brick by Brick 🧱
