Today the shop completely transformed and I can see the end of reno, but the beginning of The Kozy Kabin Roastery and drive-thru! 😍

Our inspection is Tuesday and we plan to open shortly after with an anticipated grand opening set for Friday!! 🤩☕️🧋

It’s Kitchen Testing Day at The Kozy Kabin! 🍳🥯

Your favorite breakfast sandwiches will be back and better than ever! Swing through the drive-thru to grab a sandwich and a coffee to start your morning off right. 🤗 Opening Day is right around the corner! We were told inspection will be happening next week! 🩷

In the meantime, we’re perfecting every drink, food, and process to make sure everything runs as smoothly as we can make it. 🫶🏻

Our breakfast sandwiches are made with bakery-good bagels and fresh, never frozen eggs! Want a plain, everything, or blueberry bagel, or english muffin? Or fancy-it-up and choose between a croissant or flatbread! Fill it just the way you want it… choose between sausage, turkey sausage, or bacon! Finally, make it ooey-gooey delicious with your choice of American, Swiss, or provolone cheese! We will have spread options including hot sauce, garlic aioli, locally-made hot mustard, cream cheese, or avocado. 😍

I’m sharing this AGAIN because apparently someone who enjoys stalking my page also enjoys reporting me to the health department. I’m getting beyond irritated so I will let it be known I am LICENSED for BOTTLED DRINKS so you can stop worrying and focus on something else in your life. I’m done being nice about it. I follow health department rules and I take everything I do seriously. My staff knows this. My followers know this.

The shop looks very different now, but here’s a peek at how she looked when we initially got licensed through the Department of Agriculture.

The health department DID inform they will likely be doing their inspection next week so we can officially open! 🤗🎉

EDIT: False alarm!!! I’m so sorry! I’m currently taking my husband to the hospital to get stitches. He cut himself bad working at the shop. 😔😔

We will be in until around 4:30-5 if you’re craving a bottled latte! We have a few flavors left with both whole milk or oatmilk options. ☕️

3 gallons of cold brew also remain! Come snag them for the week! 🩷

☕️ A little Kozy update… ☕️

First, I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who is always thinking of me and tagging The Kozy Kabin in posts looking for coffee trailers, events, festivals, weddings, school functions, and everything in between. It truly means so much to me that when you see “coffee,” you think of us. 🥹

But… I think it’s officially time for me to admit that I give up on the trailer life. 😂 You all have been through it with me and I’m tired of letting people down. I think God has other plans and that’s okay. 🩷

The coffee trailer has been such a huge part of our story and helped build The Kozy Kabin into what it is today, but I will no longer be booking future events.

Instead, I’m pouring all of that time, energy, and heart into our drive-thru shop and roastery. 🩷 Between growing the roastery, getting the shop up and running, and everything else happening behind the scenes, I’m ready to plant some roots and focus on making our new home something really special.

So please keep thinking of me when you think coffee… just send everyone to the drive-thru instead. 😂

Thank you to every single person who booked the trailer, visited us at an event, stood in line in the heat, rain, cold, or chaos, and supported this chapter of The Kozy Kabin. We wouldn’t be here without you!

The trailer chapter is closing, but the next Kozy chapter is getting a whole lot bigger.
Now… back to pouring my heart into this place. 🩷

⭐️ ☕️ Cold Brew and Bottled Drinks ☕️ ⭐️

We are unable to take the trailer out at all at the moment due to the never-ending generator life.. yup the new one has a bad inverter. Supposedly. So no Second Friday and I pray this is actually just my crappy luck and nothing else is wrong. I did everything exactly as they told me so although I appreciate everyone trying to help me diagnose, it’s outside of our abilities. My luck is just crap and it is what it is. 😔

We will be stocking the fridge this weekend with bottled lattes! If you’d like to order a gallon or half gallon of cold brew please let me know! 🩷

I bought a ton of milks for today’s private event and tomorrow so I will have lattes with whole milk, 2%, nonfat, and dairy alternatives!

We have a private event Thursday serving up some amazing teachers! 🩷
