This week, our team had the incredible opportunity to attend the McDonald’s Worldwide Convention in Las Vegas.
We were proud to bring 20 members of our leadership team to learn, grow, connect with other operators from around the world, and bring back new ideas that will help us continue serving our communities at the highest level.
A special thank you goes to Matt Dodd for making opportunities like this possible. His commitment to investing in people and developing leaders is one of the many reasons our organization continues to grow and succeed. Not every owner-operator is willing to make this kind of investment in their team, and we are incredibly grateful for the experiences, knowledge, and memories gained this week.
