New week, new specials!

Soup: Cilantro-Lime Black Bean Soup
-braised black beans, garlic herb broth, topped with cotija cheese and cilantro-lime crema

Taco: Shredded Chimichurri Chicken
-roasted shredded chicken, house-made Chimichurri and topped with cabbage, cotija cheese, corn/tomato/avocado relish and a crema drizzle

Dessert: Mexican Hot Chocolate Cream Cake
-layers of cinnamon graham cracker crust, chocolate chip piece and a touch of cayenne for a pleasant kick to help cut the richness

Dessert: Mexican Carolta de Limon
-no bake lime custard folded on top of a crushed Maria cookie crust, and finished off with whipped cream

I wanted to promote this event we are attending to get the word out. October 3rd we will be participating in a great event for a wonderful cause. Every ticket sold sends proceeds to help local animal shelters.

There will be music, food, brewskis and most important of all...Doggies!
