We have been serving homegrown wine country fare at the Los Olivos Café since 1995. We make it our priority to choose locally grown, sustainable ingredients, many of which come from our CCOF-certified organic farm less than a mile away. Our award-winning wine menu features over 150 mostly local, California Central Coast wines.

Say hello to The Los Olivos Cafe. 🤍

After 26 years, our old sign has officially come down.
For more than two decades, it read “Los Olivos Wine Merchant & Cafe.”

The new sign marks a small but meaningful beginning, with some exciting things on the horizon.
We’ll be sharing more very soon. 👀

And while some things are changing, the things that matter most aren’t going anywhere: the same good food, the same heart, and the same commitment to creating a place where people feel welcome, connected, and at home. Because ultimately, it’s the people who gather here who make this place so special.

Since 1995, we’ve been honored to have a place in so many of your stories- from the moments worth celebrating to the everyday moments in between.

We’re so grateful to everyone who has made this place part of their story. Here’s to the next chapter. ✨

Our tasting flights are an easy way to explore the wines on our menu alongside your meal. Each flight includes three wines and tasting notes, giving you everything you need for a thoughtful, self-guided tasting you can enjoy at your own pace.

Start with our Bernat Tasting Flight, featuring wines made from grapes grown right here on the Café Farm, our CCOF Certified Organic farm less than a mile from the Café. 🌱🍷

We’re proud to be part of the Taste of the Valley Event on October 2! 🍷

An annual Santa Ynez Valley tradition coordinated by the Santa Ynez Valley Visitors Association, Taste of the Valley brings together restaurants, wineries, and producers from across the Valley for an evening celebrating the food and drink that make this community so special.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community, and we’re proud to represent the flavors of Los Olivos!

Our CCOF Certified Organic Café Farm, just 0.08 miles from the restaurant, supplies most of the ingredients that make their way onto our tables. It’s a connection to the land and community that has been at the heart of the Café since we opened in 1995.

So when we say "this is what local tastes like", we mean it.

From the vine to the kitchen 🍅🌿

Tomatoes are thriving at Café Farm right now, and we’re bringing the harvest straight to the kitchen. Grown just 0.08 miles from Los Olivos Café at our CCOF Certified Organic Café Farm, they’re picked at their peak and transformed into tomato sauce, tomato paste, marinara, pizza sauce, and more.

They’re the quiet workhorse of the menu- chopped into salads for a hit of color and acidity, or cooked down into sauces that bring so many dishes together.

But right now, we’re letting the tomatoes take center stage.

Our Tomato Bisque Soup, currently on special, is a celebration of the harvest in its simplest form: fresh Café Farm tomatoes, roasted and transformed into something warm, rich, and deeply satisfying. 🥣
