Manresa is having a sale! We will be selling our plates, serviceware, flatware, wine glasses, chargers, tables, chairs, select art pieces - and more! Doors to the restaurant will open at 11am on Saturday, January 7th. Sale ends at 6pm (or prior to if all is sold.)
Please note: Limited occupancy will be allowed in at one time. We ask that you keep those in line in mind. We will see you on the 7th!

We look forward to a celebratory final month of service, including a very special no holds barred New Year's Eve experience for Manresa's final night. The last 20 years would not have been possible without you - our guests and friends - and our great teams. After an incredible 20 years, we share Chef David Kinch’s news that he will be departing Manresa on December 31. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with him as we hope to begin a new chapter for Manresa on January 1 under Partner Jenny Yun. It has been an honor and privilege to work alongside him, and we are so proud of all that we’ve achieved as a team. Thank you for your generosity as a mentor and your unending leadership and commitment in building Manresa into an internationally recognized dining destination. We are so grateful to you for creating a space we could all call home, and we will miss your daily presence in the kitchen and dining room. From now through the end of the year, we celebrate Chef Kinch and the past 20 years, and look forward to welcoming you to the restaurant this year and beyond.

We are still reeling from last weekend’s celebratory dinner with guest Chef ! A warm thank you to the two talented culinary teams, including Anne-Sophie Pic’s Sous Chef who joined our Chef de Cuisine and Anne-Sophie Pic’s Executive Pastry Chef who worked alongside our Pastry Chef . We are incredibly humbled to be celebrating the 20th anniversary of Manresa Restaurant today. 20 years is an eternity in the restaurant industry, and we could not have done it without the efforts of every team member who has come through our kitchen and dining room. We celebrate each of their contributions to our unending pursuit of innovation and evolution. Thank you to all of our team members and guests who have supported us for the past 20 years. In our journey to cultivating local and sustainable partners, we are immensely proud of the relationship that has blossomed with our local . When learned about the produce students were growing in the LGHS garden, specifically fava beans, they were incorporated into our signature dish - Into the Vegetable Garden. In return for the students' fresh produce, we contribute to the students' scholarship fund and supply them with our compost to replenish their garden. We can’t think of a better way to foster a sense of place than to incorporate the local Los Gatos community into our menu!
