Want to enjoy a 5 course Spring dinner? On April 19th, the Clearview Table will be open to 16 customers looking for a dinner involving fresh, seasonal ingredients that will turn into beautiful and delicious dishes. The dinner is $190 per person, that does not include alcohol or gratuity. At this time we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. DM me if you’re interested in a night of unique food and great company!

Final course was a deconstructed cannoli. Fresh cannoli dough fried and drizzled with milk chocolate ganache. First layer was Pistachio homemade riccota cream and the top layer was traditional cannoli filling. Topped with roasted pistachios and crispy cereal dipped in milk chocolate. It was wonderful event and we look forward to the next. Contact me to book your event!

Bone-in Beef braised Short Ribs with creamed Spinach and Pomme Pave. Slow braised in red wine with beets, carrots and leeks. Creamed spinach was simple ingredients, but so delicious. The Pomme Pave is basically a scalloped potato that is compressed over night and then pan seared. Incredible course! Appetizer display of Lobster Bisque, Tomato Gazpacho and Lobster McMuffins (homemade biscuits with lobster salad)!
