Came to try the legendary Hutchins BBQ today, and it did not disappoint. Only sorry our stomachs could not handle more. Brisket was fork tender, Texas Tw***ie was delicious, and the Mac n Cheese was so creamy. Rounded the meal off with warm peach cobbler. Highly recommend checking this place out if ever in the area. Thanks Hutchins, we'll be back!

(The 4 men in this photo are my great uncles, all who served together in WWII at Pearl Harbor. All who came home.) Without the men and women who serve or have served in the military, if you did not put your life on the line for us everyday, we would not be able to do what we do. The competition was FIERCE this year at the Hometown Throwdown BBQ Cook Off! 19 Competition Division teams and 7 Backyard Division teams battled it out and man was it close! A huge thank you to all our competitors and those that came to support them! As a result, we were able to donate a sizeable amount to the Merced County Spring Fair Heritage Foundation!

Another beautiful day for this year's A Day For Dad Car Show! A huge thank you to everyone that came out to enjoy the event! As a result, we were able to make a sizeable donation to the Merced County Spring Fair Heritage Foundation for youth scholarships!
