With a heavy heart, we’re sharing that Courtyard Mimosas has officially closed its doors.
Since June of 2020, in the middle of an uncertain time for the world, we took a leap of faith and opened our little spot in Los Banos. What started as a dream to serve Mexican-American diner food quickly became so much more because of you — our customers, our regulars, our friends, our community.
Every plate ordered, every mimosa shared, every smile, conversation, and moment spent in our courtyard is the reason we were able to stay open as long as we did. Your support meant everything to us, especially during the hardest seasons. We are endlessly grateful for every single person who walked through our doors, recommended us, showed up for brunch, or simply believed in us.
Unfortunately, over time business slowed and fewer customers were able to come in, and after giving it everything we had, we made the difficult decision to close. This was not an easy goodbye. 😢
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting a small, local dream. Courtyard Mimosas will always hold a special place in our lives, and we hope it holds a place in yours too.
