Taste of the Caribbean LA takes diners on a culinary journey to the West Indies, with contemporary Caribbean cuisine. What started out of a food truck in 2014, quickly blossomed into a bustling restaurant, located in the heart of Hollywood. The menu boasts dishes inspired by several Caribbean islands, created by owner and Executive Chef Bernard James. In a city brimming with cuisine from all over the world, Taste of the Caribbean LA is an anomaly. With signature dishes like tender Oxtail braised to perfection; a surprisingly sweet and spicy Jerk Chicken; succulent Coconut Curry Shrimp and Salmon; and flavorful Curried Pumpkin with Garbanzo Beans, Taste of the Caribbean LA has something to satisfy every palate.
