From West Adams to national television.

Chef/Owner Keith Corbin joined CBS’s America’s Tailgate as a correspondent, bringing a little Alta Adams to the national stage.

Chef. Storyteller. Correspondent.

A special moment for Chef Keith Corbin and for all of us at Alta Adams. Proud to see Chef sharing his voice, his food and his perspective with audiences across the country.

Cheers to a big night.

Good food, football, a few laughs and one unforgettable night on CBS.

Not all stars are meat.

Our Fire Roasted Cabbage is blistered over fire, glazed with harissa miso, layered with cultured tahini labneh crema, and finished with peanut crunch.

It’s smoky. Creamy. Sweet. Spicy. Crunchy.

The dish that surprises almost everyone… and becomes the one they tell their friends about.

Available nightly at Alta Adams.

Michelin Guide 2026.

When we closed our doors earlier this year, we weren’t chasing recognition.

We were chasing something harder.

To become better.

Every recipe was questioned.
Every detail of service was rebuilt.
Every plate, every pour, every guest interaction was reconsidered.

Today, we’re honored to be recognized as a Michelin Guide 2026 Restaurant Selection.

To our incredible team who believed in the vision, our guests who returned, and everyone who supported Alta through this next chapter…

Thank you.

The standard has been raised.
And we’re just getting started.

Great restaurants aren’t built during service.

They’re built in the quiet hours before the doors open.

The chopping, tasting, seasoning, organizing, and refining that guests never see is what allows us to tell our story through food every night.

Every dish begins with a question: What does Los Angeles taste like?

Our menu draws inspiration from the cultures, migration stories, and cooking traditions that have shaped this city for generations. Influences from Africa, Asia, Mesoamerica, and the American South come together through seasonal California ingredients and a variety of techniques including live fire cooking, fermentation, roasting, grilling, and preservation.

The menu is designed for the table. To be shared, discussed, and experienced together.

This is not a tasting menu. It’s not a greatest hits collection of global cuisine.

It’s Chef Keith Corbin’s interpretation of Los Angeles, one plate at a time.

Reservations available through the link in bio.

Not your traditional bone marrow.

Our Suya Spiced Bone Marrow takes inspiration from the bold flavors of West Africa, layering rich roasted marrow with bacon jam, fresh herbs, and a bright West African vinaigrette to balance every bite.

Served with warm flatbread for scooping, sharing, and savoring.

Suya Spiced Bone Marrow
bacon jam • herb salad • West African vinaigrette

Seasonal California cuisine inspired by the cultures that shaped Los Angeles.
