We’re still smiling after an incredible evening at DTLA Dinner Club .
We were so honored to have our very own Lydia Clarke serve as Head Cheesemonger for this special dinner in partnership with Real California Milk . From thoughtfully selected cheeses to beautifully curated boards, Lydia showcased what makes California dairy so exceptional.
While Lydia’s thoughtfully curated cheese board welcomed guests and brought everyone together, the evening’s culinary spotlight belonged to Chef Corbin Emilio , whose Venezuelan inspired menu celebrated the richness and versatility of Real California Milk cheeses in every course.
