Over the past 30 years, he has honed his skill working at bakeries and restaurants such as Negresco Hotel in Nice, France, Bernard’s Restaurant at the Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, California and Champagne Restaurant in Beverly Hills, California. 4 years ago, Das Baker ventured into vegan and gluten free baking and has since earned a reputation for exquisite tasting vegan pastries enjoyed by vega

ns and non-vegans alike. He is currently the Executive Pastry Chef at Doomie's Home Cooking and The Blue Rose, both located in Hollywood, California. Das Baker also provides pastries for Viva La Vegan Grocery and various catered events. Come enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch at The Blue Rose or a divine desert at Doomie’s Home Cooking or cater your next event (wedding, birthday, special occasion, or business meeting) with amazing, vegan cakes, pastries, desserts and pies.
