Layered Red Velvet Cheesecake Bundt Cake ๐ฐ

Ingredients:
For the Red Velvet Cake:
2 ยฝ cups all-purpose flour
1 ยฝ cups granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 ยฝ cups vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk, at room temperature
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 tbsp red food coloring
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp white vinegar
For the Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
ยฝ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, red food coloring, vanilla extract, and vinegar.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Pour about โ
of the red velvet cake batter into the prepared bundt pan.
Carefully spoon the cheesecake mixture over the red velvet batter, avoiding the edges.
Pour the remaining red velvet batter over the cheesecake layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, then the milk and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
Once the cake is completely cooled, drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the top.
