Layered Red Velvet Cheesecake Bundt Cake ๐Ÿฐ

Feast your eyes on this decadent delight! ๐ŸŽ‚โœจ A match made in dessert heaven, this cake combines the rich, velvety texture of classic red velvet with the creamy, tangy goodness of cheesecake. Perfect for any special occasion or just because you deserve a treat! ๐Ÿ’–

Ingredients:

For the Red Velvet Cake:
2 ยฝ cups all-purpose flour
1 ยฝ cups granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 ยฝ cups vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk, at room temperature
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 tbsp red food coloring
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp white vinegar

For the Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
ยฝ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, red food coloring, vanilla extract, and vinegar.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

Pour about โ…” of the red velvet cake batter into the prepared bundt pan.
Carefully spoon the cheesecake mixture over the red velvet batter, avoiding the edges.
Pour the remaining red velvet batter over the cheesecake layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Ingredients:

For the crust:
1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the peanut butter cheesecake filling:
24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

Bake for 60-70 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool in oven with door closed.
Refrigerate cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Make peanut butter ganache by heating peanut butter and heavy cream, then stirring in powdered sugar.
