three layers. one jar. inspired by the dessert that broke South Korea.
the Dubai chewy cookie started when Korean bakers took the viral Dubai chocolate, pistachio cream and crispy kataifi, and wrapped it all in soft cocoa dusted marshmallow. it became the most sought after dessert in the country overnight.
our version: the Dubai Chewy Cookie Cup. on the bottom, crunchy toasted kataifi pastry. in the middle, our creamy signature pistachio filling. on top, thick gooey marshmallow coated in brute cocoa powder. dark, stretchy, and pull apart soft.
every spoonful gets you all three layers at once. that’s the point!
