Soupelina

Soupelina Holistic healing for cancer and chronic illness with Elina Fuhrman. Start Healing ➤ http://www.soupelina.com And just like that, Soupelina was born.

Root cause healing through nutrition, gut repair, nervous system regulation, and psychospiritual transformation. In 2009 I began cooking my healthy soups in my own kitchen while fighting an aggressive breast cancer. What began as a healing experiment for myself turned into gourmet magic that had my friends not only calling me “the soup guru” but asking to buy my one-of-a-kind creations. Soupelina

aspires to give you the power of starting a healthy lifestyle to transform your life and the lives of your family and friends. Soupelina is redefining tradition with its impeccable attention to detail and commitment to locally sourced ingredients. Every herb, root, and leaf is organic and most everything is purchased daily at local farmers markets. With names like “Lentil Me Entertain You!”, “Sweet Coconut Thai Oh My!” and “Kale-ifornia Dreamin’,” we cook to delight our followers. We love to see people eat well; that’s what makes us happy! For generations people enjoyed soup to nourish and heal, and they have also searched for the perfect soup to cure what ails them. I created Soupelina to make our world a healthier place. That’s my dream starting one cup of soup at a time, and together we can all become healthier, happier and stronger. Are you ready to join me on my mission?

Your gut doesn’t need another supplement, it needs real food.

Instead of spending money on probiotics packed with fillers, additives, and mystery ingredients, make your own fermented veggies. They’re alive, vibrant, deeply nourishing, and ridiculously easy to make.

I skip traditional pickling methods because I don’t use vinegar or sugar. Just salt, water, and a few simple ingredients transform your favorite veggies into crunchy, probiotic-rich goodness your microbiome will love.

Here’s how to make them.

I was feeling like doing something rebellious today. And by rebellious I mean, challenging you to do nothing. It feels like this is something we are all starving for, as we optimize ourselves into exhaustion while calling it wellness. Or even better, manifesting the life we desire.

Everywhere I look, everyone is tracking, hacking, documenting, improving. Is there anyone out there simply existing? Why does everything need to be productive and scheduled? Why is it all about monetizing and measuring?

So, here’s my challenge. One hour a day of doing absolutely nothing. Phone on airplane mode. No scrolling. No journaling. No meditating. No listening to music. No podcasts. No reading. No self improvement. No bath or sauna rituals. Just being with yourself.

For me, doing nothing is sometimes staring at the ceiling, sometimes it’s melting into the couch, and sometimes, it’s just sitting with no agenda and nowhere to go. I’ve been doing this for years and it changed my life. The other day I rolled out my yoga mat on the sand and sat on the beach for over an hour doing absolutely nothing.

Try it for a week and comment what comes up when there’s nothing left to distract you. That’s where the magic is. I promise. Can you start today?

My girls are the lights of my life. We’ve been inseparable since the day they were born, and now as adults, you are my besties for life. I live for our daily chats and nightly “family chai” deep dives, I cherish our travels, I love our snuggles and even appreciate our fights, because they help us grow, understand each other more deeply and love each other better.

Being your mother has truly been the most precious gift of this lifetime. Some say, you can’t choose your family, others believe your souls choose each other before we ever arrive here. Whatever it is, I did good.

Like Babu says, “We are a good circle.” And we really are. ❤️❤️❤️

My mama is the heart of our family. She’s loving, funny, flirty, spicy and soulful, all at the same time. When she walks into a room, people flock to her. Men drop their car keys to carry her across the street ( true fact), women want to confide in her, and children play and belly laugh with her. She’s the ice breaker in a world that’s become glued to screens. When she wants to get to know someone, she just winks at them and starts a conversation.

My mother’s life story reads like a Hollywood movie script. She defied the odds even before she was born. My grandma, nine months pregnant with my mom, somehow jumped off a train headed for Auschwitz. She gave birth to my mother on a riverbank in the middle of nowhere and nearly died herself. They were discovered by a farmer whose family saved them. When my mom was in her early 20s, she had a brain tumor but somehow, she survived. When I was 13, she nearly died from meningitis and once again made it through. At the time, she was the only person in our city to survive that strain of the disease. And now, life has asked her to face yet another battle, dementia.

But through every chapter of her life, she’s been a beacon of love. She has the biggest heart, most sparkly personality, a spirited laugh and a never-ending fountain of jokes and wisdom. She’s my hero, my inspiration, my anchor and my heart.

Mama, I’m so very proud to be your daughter. Thank you for loving me and for teaching me what love truly feels like. Thank you for guiding me, for protecting me, for sacrificing for me, and for always showing up for me despite the challenges in your own life. Happy Mother’s Day!

And Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas who do the impossible every day and make it look effortless.

Yes, parasites are at the root of cancer and pretty much every chronic and autoimmune disease. And no, you won’t know it because they are quietly wreaking havoc inside of you while you think it’s something else. You won’t hear this at your doctor’s office either, and it’s certainly not a dinner table conversation. It’s the missing layer in almost every cancer healing conversation.

But getting comfortable with the uncomfortable is how we are going to get to the bottom of this. Have you seen the official numbers? 3.5 billion people have a parasitic infection, no wonder cancer rates are skyrocketing. There is finally emerging research exploring how certain parasitic infections may be associated with cancer development. Not as the only cause, but as one piece of a much bigger, more complex picture. Because cancer is not just about rogue cells growing out of control. It’s about the environment those cells are living in. Parasites can lay 30,000 eggs per day! They set up entire colonies and ecosystems within your body. And that’s just the physical part.

Parasites hide in our gut where we stored undigested food and undigested life. The gut is where we hold stress, fear, heartbreak, and experiences that were never fully processed. So no, this isn’t about blaming a piece of fish you ate years ago. It’s about resentment you swallowed along with it.

And here’s what else nobody tells you: it’s not the medications or the herbs that ultimately kill the parasites. Your nervous system has to feel safe enough to let them go.

That’s exactly why I created the Fuhrman Protocol, my signature healing program that closes the gaping hole in cancer healing by addressing not only nutrition, mindset, detox and strategy supplementation but also clears the biological load that’s actively competing with the immune system, stealing nutrients, producing ammonia and toxins, and creating the exact inflammatory terrain where cancer thrives.
Because real healing goes that deep.

We are told that the key to oral health is to brush, floss, mouthwash and see your dentist twice a year. Cool. But has your dentist ever really looked at what you eat?

Your diet is what actually determines the health of your teeth, your gums, and your oral microbiome. It strengthens your gums, protects your enamel, reduces disease risk, and it’s also why some people have chronically bad breath no matter how much they brush.

And then there’s saliva, the unsung hero. Saliva is your mouth’s built-in defense system, working 24/7 to deliver nutrients and minerals directly to your teeth and keep bacteria in balance. Brushing does very little to support it. Your diet, on the other hand, is one of the biggest drivers of how much saliva you produce and how well it functions.

Swipe to see what to eat to support your entire oral ecosystem.

And to learn more about how the oral microbiome is connected to cancer and other diseases, check out my previous post.

One thing I never understood is why medicine treats the mouth as separate from the body. Doctors never ask you about your oral health because somehow it’s not considered health? Make it make sense.

You can’t be healthy without a healthy mouth. Your oral health IS your metabolic health. The oral microbiome is one of the most overlooked factors in cancer risk, gut disease, and chronic inflammation.

Swipe through - this one will change how you think about your mouth and your health.

When I embarked on my healing journey, my goal was to rebuild my body on a cellular level. I instinctively knew that if I can figure out how to get the cancerous cells to die instead of forming tumors, I would win my battle. I knew nothing about epigenetcs at that time, and the medical community shunned the topic altogether.

It started with an introduction and subsequent conversations with Dr. Craig Allred, a renowned pathologist whose work helped define how hormone-driven breast cancers are evaluated worldwide.

He re-tested my tissue and told me that no matter what decision I make when it comes to my cancer treatments, the only way for me to heal was to “change my life.” That sentence still reverberates in my mind.

What does it mean when a doctor tells you that you have to change your life?

For me, this one sentence shook up everything I thought I knew about health.

I dove into spirituality but also into the science of how our beliefs actually shape our health. By addressing the biological, emotional and spiritual roots of my illness, I changed the epigenetic expression of my genes, shifting from patterns that were hurting me to patterns that supported healing.

We have so much more influence over our health than we are led to believe.
