Our 100-seat covered patio has a fire pit and a great view of the Lorenzo's multi-million dollar Las Vegas-style fountain. Central Kitchen is family-owned and serves up healthful California Cuisine featuring local, farm-fresh, high-quality ingredients. We support our local farmers. Our fresh burger meat is 100% natural, juicy Black Angus beef. We buy our fountain soda from Boylan's Bottling, a family-run company for over 100 yrs that uses natural flavors and pure cane sugar in their sodas. Our delicious coffee is locally & freshly roasted by premium roaster Intelligentsia Coffee. We seek out local and natural products wherever possible.
