Deckor We are a new media design studio specialising in CGI and Web3, helping brands and businesses narrate

We began as a bunch of techies, architects, and serial entrepreneurs trying to make interior design and furnishing a mass market. After a critically acclaimed consumer-centric app and dabbling with the best available tech in the space, in 2017, we pivoted into a 360 degree new media agency. The point of a major paradigm shift in computer graphics technology and its effect on different industries,

in the years gone by, has been the birthplace of deckor. From creating augmented furniture, to augmented worlds (Metaverse/Web3); we’ve seen it all, we’ve been there for it all.

Proportion first. Materials second.

Before a single texture is applied, we model every surface to real-world scale. The sofa depth, the table height, the ceiling clearance — all locked in.

That’s why when the final render lands, it doesn’t just look right. It feels right. And your client can make decisions with clarity, not guesswork.

6 hours of CAD drafting. 36 seconds of your time. 📐

This is what happens before the walls go up — walls, layers and lineweights laid down first, every dimension checked twice, and yes, even the ottoman drawn to scale.

The result? Elevations your contractor can actually build from. No guesswork, no “we’ll figure it out on site.”

This is one sheet of a full drawing set we drafted for a residential project — plans, sections, schedules, the works.

Architects & interior designers: this is the part we take off your plate, so you can stay in the part you love.

POV: your client already knows what those bare wood frames are going to look like.

Before the paint. Before the wallpaper. Before the mosaic floor gets grouted, they’ve already seen the room.

That’s what a render does. It doesn’t document progress — it makes the finished space legible while the studs are still exposed. So when construction photos start coming in, nobody is holding their breath. They’re checking.

Same kitchen. Two completely different rooms.

Same layout, same architecture, same bones. Change the palette and suddenly it’s a different house, a different client, a different life.

That’s why “I’ll figure it out from samples” doesn’t work for kitchens like this. The finishes aren’t decoration — they’re the entire personality of the space.

A render doesn’t just show your client what the kitchen looks like. It shows them what it feels like. And that’s the conversation where real decisions get made.

Could your client tell you, right now, which version of their room they want — without you describing it for them?

A second render of the same space gives them the answer in one meeting, not four.

A or B — which one are you?

Every render starts on paper.

A floor plan. A lighting plan. Elevations marked up in red. Then we model the shell — walls, ceiling, the way light falls through that one skylight at 3pm. Then surfaces arrive. Marble veining you can actually trace. Checker tile in the right scale. Oak with the right warmth. Then brass — and the room finally reads.

This is what your client sees before a single tile is ordered. Before the plumber roughs in. Before the cabinet shop cuts a single panel.

Where does your project timeline disappear?

Revision cycles. When a client approves from a sample board then sees the result — changes start. A render before construction means revisions happen on screen, not on site. Faster approvals, fewer surprises, tighter timelines.

One of the biggest bottlenecks in project ex*****on isn’t design quality.

It’s documentation clarity.

Even strong concepts can face delays when drawings leave room for interpretation on-site.

That’s why detailed CAD drafting matters:
• Clear dimensions
• Coordinated elevations
• Millwork detailing
• Annotation consistency
• Build-ready documentation

For architecture and interior studios handling multiple projects, outsourcing drafting support can also improve turnaround time without compromising quality.

At Deckor, we help teams transform concepts into clean technical drawing sets that contractors can actually execute with confidence.

Good drawings don’t just document design.

They protect it.

Most people think luxury in CGI is about making things look beautiful.

Interior designers know it’s actually about making things accurate.

Because a kitchen like this isn’t built from inspiration alone.
It’s built from hundreds of small decisions working together:
— cabinet proportions
— material tones under natural light
— appliance fitment
— hardware finishes
— backsplash alignment
— island dimensions that actually function in real life

That’s why visualization matters.

Not to “decorate” an idea.
But to test it before it becomes expensive.

The best renders don’t just sell a mood.
They help designers catch problems early, communicate clearly with clients, and make sure trades build what was actually intended.

Good CGI looks pretty.
Accurate CGI saves projects.

And honestly, that’s the real luxury.

What if your client could compare two design directions for the same room — and feel the difference before a single sample was ordered?

That is exactly what photorealistic 3D rendering gives you. Same shell, two material palettes, rendered side-by-side. No more guessing from swatches. No more “I thought it would look different.” Just a room they can already see themselves in, in two versions, ready for a confident sign-off.
