tomorrow i am making 2 different salads. i will be delivering tomorrow, early evening in the silverlake/ echo park area. the choices are the salad called "grill me a melody" and a new one that will be a classic chopped salad. the veggies in the chopped are carrots, cucumber, red onion, cabbage, kale, tofu, and tomato. all orders must be to me by 12:30 tomorrow.

"Grill me a melody"... this salad has a mix of romaine, radicchio, and cabbage. red onion, celery, pine nuts, sunflower seeds add crunch and flavor. grill me a melody features: roasted red peppers, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots, girlled,corn, grilled green beans, and grilled seasoned tofu. served with a balsamic vinaigrette.

i have all the ingredients and i am taking orders for this weeks salad. the bed will be spinach, arugula, radicchio, and onion sprouts. tossed in will be adzuki beans, red onion, fresh basil, shaved carrots, heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, served with a french vinaigrette. the salad will be available monday. please have orders in by early afternoon monday.

new salad! you can pick up this evening or tomorrow. it sort of like if a pasta salad, a slaw, a chopped salad had a three way, and had this amazing salad. the veggies are: brocolli, red cabbage, carrot, yellow pepper, kale, cucumber, scallion, red beans, and a grain/ pasta mixture. i made a garlic cucumber dressing. i am calling it the "hanging on to summer salad". place orders by 11 am labor day
