happy lunar new year all, and thank you to each and every person who came out. we know some folks didn’t get seated after making the trek and wait, but we promise to do better in the future. that being said, after some hard months, y’all brought my love of cooking back to life, and for that, I am forever grateful. A special thank you to our hosts at Thursday - Saturday and at on Sunday. To .gool for being there all week and on Sunday - love you dudes.

Dancing Hero (Eat You Up) // Yoko Oginome

In the next few days, chef Jonathen turns 40. Then we have our biggest week of the year with our Year of the Rabbit Lunar New Year dinners. From January 19-21, we’ll be at with a special menu starting at 4pm until close every night. We’ll close out the week with another special service on January 22 with our friends at from 5pm-close, complete with lion dancers and fire crackers.
Walk-ins only both nights.
We’re so excited to serve you next week, and wish chef a happy birthday on the 15! As always, PARTY ON

Going to America // Cheng Qiong Mei

Do you love Chinese New Year? Well guess what, so do we!
On Monday, January 25, orders open up for a take home Chinese New Year Course Dinner for 2 or for 4. Base menu will be vegan with options to add on char siu pork belly and whole steamed black bass over rice. Pickup will be in Highland Park on Thursday, February 11 with reheat and plating directions.
So stoked to share this menu with you all, and as always, party on.

Aaaaaaaand we’re back. After a much needed break, chirashi are back for your tasty needs. Orders open up at 12pm for pickup on Friday, January 15 (which also happens to be chef’s birthday).
Note: due to the high number of COVID cases, there are new directions for pickup. Please pay attention to the directions in the email sent from us (not Square).

ended service this year by giving back, with of , and feeding food workers who have been out of work, or just plain needed someone else to cook for them for once.

Thank you to everyone who donated, and to the people who received meals, especially - we see you, we see the hard work you’ve put in to feed those around you, and we appreciate you.
Here’s to a more hopeful year ahead.
