Pronutz

For me, Pronutz was an idea born from necessity. I was tired of always hunting for healthier snack foods. Thus, the Pronutz brand was born.

As a law student looking for instant, yet healthy ways to snack, I felt like the marketplace was lacking a product that would satisfy my needs. I needed something flavorful, convenient, and good for me. Inspiration struck, as I saw a chance to develop a product specifically designed to address those issues. In a time of ever-changing dietary guidelines, I devised a new means of indulging with innocence. While having a morning cup of coffee, I saw a dark chocolate bar lying next to my usual probiotic supplements. I was determined to figure out how to combine them into a dietary, taste bud friendly alternative to the supplements. Using the pistachios grown on our Central California family farm, with pounds of yogurt and chocolate, I spent countless hours in the kitchen, developing the probiotic coating. Two years after launching this venture, including testing and production, I’m satisfied with the result.

As an LA-based company, our hearts are heavy witnessing the devastation caused by the recent fires. It’s heartbreaking to see the impact on our neighbors and the community we love so dearly. 💔

But amidst the ashes, there’s something truly inspiring—you. Watching communities come together, offering support, shelter, and love to those in need, reminds us of the resilience and strength that defines Los Angeles.

To our brave firefighters and first responders—you are the true heroes. Your courage, sacrifice, and tireless efforts to protect our homes and loved ones do not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything you do. 🧑‍🚒❤️

Let’s continue to support one another and do what we can to help rebuild. Stay safe, LA. We’re in this together.
