Eco-Asian's simple menu (offering different specials daily for variety) enables the kitchen to be prepared for the lunchtime lines. Eco-Asian is capable of serving 600 meals for lunchtime and 300 per hour thereafter. At this speed Eco-Asian still maintains its quality and consistency.
