LOS ANGELES IS RACE COUNTRY!

Saturday night in Carson. 🏁🔥

Spent the day walking the pits and taking in SMX Playoff 2 at Dignity Health Sports Park. There’s nothing quite like seeing the bikes, teams, mechanics and controlled chaos up close before everything lights up.

Then the gates dropped and the racing was AMAZING! Even if you’re not a race fan you would be thouroughly entertained!

Jorge Prado went 2–2 to take the 450 overall, Hunter Lawrence won Moto 2 and finished second overall, and Ken Roczen took Moto 1 and third overall. Haiden Deegan went 3–3 for fourth.

In the 250s, Julien Beaumer took the overall with a 1–3, followed by Ryder DiFrancesco and Levi Kitchen.

20 frames from a very good day at the races & makin memories with friends and family.

Today my old friend Tobin Yelland came by PIZZANISTA! for lunch and brought his dad, who I finally got to meet for the first time.

Tobin has spent a lifetime behind the lens documenting skateboarding and the people who shaped it. His photographs & videos didn’t just capture the culture — they became part of its history.

One of the greatest joys of owning PIZZANISTA! is having a place where old friends walk through the door, sit down, eat some pizza, and life comes full circle.

Grateful for the friendship, the history, and days like this. ✌🏼❤️🍕
