No. 28 answered its first emergency call on July 23, 1913. 75 years later, Engine Co. No. 28 reopened its doors as a full-service, upscale, and one of a kind downtown eatery. Enjoy an unmatched dining experience complete with mahogany bar, original brass fire pole, and even a ride to local theaters and entertainment venues aboard our little red fire shuttle. The Santa Fe Salad has become one of the most popular items on our menu right now.

Romaine hearts layered with cheddar cheese, fresh avocado, pico de gallo, black beans, sweet corn, and crunchy tortilla strips, all finished with our avocado lime vinaigrette that brings everything together. It’s fresh, filling, crunchy, creamy, and packed with flavor in every bite.

Pairs perfectly with a chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc. The crisp citrus notes balance out the avocado, lime vinaigrette, and savory toppings really well.
