The earthquake was only part of the story.
While much of the attention has been focused on the cities most visibly affected, thousands of families in rural Colombia are facing another reality, damaged homes, destroyed crops, wildfires, drought, and the uncertainty of how they will rebuild.
Yesterday, we traveled deep into the mountains of Rovira, Tolima, to reach one of those families.
We brought food, hygiene supplies, and, through Yipao Coffee, a small motor to help Alexander and his family process their coffee with less manual labor and a little more hope.
Because sometimes, helping means going a little farther.
And sometimes, a small helping hand can make a big difference. 🇨🇴☕️
