Carlitos Gardel Steakhouse is a family-owned and operated restaurant offering the finest in authentic Argentine cuisine and hospitality since 1996. With an extensive menu of personal family recipes from Buenos Aires, the restaurant serves only certified USDA prime cuts of grass-fed beef and sustainably sourced ingredients prepared the Argentine way. Sommelier Max Bozoghlian directs a multiple award-winning w**e program showcasing the largest cellar of Argentine w**es on the West Coast and several rare and boutique labels. Named in honor of Carlos Gardel—an iconic cultural figure in Argentine history and the paternal voice of tango—the restaurant was recently highlighted by Irene Virbila of the Los Angeles Times as one of the city’s top steakhouses. Its 1930s-inspired ambiance is a nod to the “Golden Age” of Buenos Aires and has been a favorite of many locals, celebrities, and Argentine visitors for years.
