I recently spent a month in Denmark and was captivated by the delicious morning rituals at coffee shops in Copenhagen - so I decided to recreate it for the shop.
Starting tomorrow (2/19) we’ll be offering our Greek yogurt with housemade triple berry compote, perfectly balanced between sour and sweet, with our housemade honey roasted granola with hazelnuts, sliced almonds, flax and sunflower seeds for the perfect crunch on top.
This transports me right back to the Copenhagen coffee shop feel - maybe even a slight bit tastier. Cannot wait for you to try it!
