☑️2 cloves garlic, minced
☑️1 packet taco seasoning
☑️½ cup water
☑️1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
☑️1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
☑️½ cup shredded Monterey Jack or Mexican-blend cheese
