Come celebrate our three-year anniversary with our $77 Sukiyaki and Sushi special featuring 6 oz. of tender marbled USDA Prime Ribeye Beef and 3 piece Omakase sushi.
Three years in the heart of Little Tokyo. To mark the occasion, we are proud to present our Anniversary Sukiyaki — crafted with the ingredient it deserves.
Thinly sliced USDA Prime Ribeye, prized for its exceptional marbling and depth of flavor, is seared tableside in a shallow iron pot until the fat glistens and the kitchen fills with that unmistakable aroma. From there, it is gently simmered in our house warish*ta — a harmonious blend of soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar, refined over three years of service to our community.
Served with tender tofu, chrysanthemum greens, and napa cabbage join the pot in turn, each soaking in the rich, savory-sweet broth. Finished with udon that soaks up all that sweet umami.
Every bite is finished the traditional way — a dip into fresh raw egg that softens the richness and elevates the whole experience into something genuinely memorable.
This is not simply a meal. It is a moment — one we are honored to share with you as we celebrate three years of bringing authentic Japanese tradition to Little Tokyo. Serving sukiyaki for over 60 years.
