Chef Alan Sanz (Mírate, Daisy) and Chef Debbie Lee (Yi Cha) are teaming up Wednesday, September 16 for a collab dinner you won’t want to miss.

Think Pork and Shrimp Mandu Dorados, Hwe Tostada, Chef Alan’s take on Dolsot Bibimbap, and more. Plus cocktails from the one and only Maxwell Reis and Yi Cha’s Phil Ly.

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, a portion of proceeds goes to Central American Resource Ctr.
