The fourth trimester is not the time to eat light.
Your body just did something enormous, and it is rebuilding from the inside out. That takes iron. It takes folate. It takes real protein and enough fat to make hormones again.
This plate has all of it. Eggs, greens, scallions, a chickpea corn muffin. Delicious, dense, warm food that gives your body the raw materials to come back to you.
