Los Angeles… this one means a lot to me.

Bobby’s Pizzeria is officially going 24 hours a day, 7 days a week starting this summer. We’re doing a soft launch beginning May 1… maybe even sooner.

This is my 11th year owning a pizzeria in Los Angeles.

And I’m not gonna lie… there were times I wanted to give up.
Times I thought about cutting back… going to normal hours… making life easier.

But I didn’t.

We stayed open till 4AM… seven days a week… which is already something not a lot of places can do. And instead of pulling back now… I’m pushing forward.

Rent has gone up like crazy.
Cheese, produce, labor… everything has gone up.

So the only move I see is to keep going. Keep working harder. Keep those doors open.

Because I believe in this place.
And I believe in showing up every single day for this neighborhood.

I’m proud to say the consistency has been incredible. The team is locked in. The food is hitting.

And now… we’ve launched a full East Coast style breakfast that’s really taking off:

Taylor ham egg and cheese
Breakfast burritos
Breakfast pizzas
Fresh bagels

This is the real deal.

Late night. Early morning. Middle of the day. Dinner.
We’re here for you.
