I’ve been having a little fun writing something spooky for October. 🌹🖤

If you know me, you know how much I love gardening, especially my climbing roses. Somehow that turned into a rather twisted little witch tale about a woman, her garden, and the things she buries beneath it.

It’s a little dark, a little magical, and probably says something about my imagination. 😂

It’s called The Things We Buried in the Garden.

A big THANK YOU to our wonderful Los Alamos community! ❤️🍂

We’ve had so many kind community members donate candy and treats for Olga Reed’s Harvest Festival, and we just wanted to say how much we appreciate everyone who has helped!

Our local merchants have also stepped up and donated some wonderful gift cards and goodies for our silent auction! And our teachers have been busy putting together some amazing handmade gift baskets filled with items generously donated by their students and families.

Everyone in town is welcome to come bid in the silent auction! You don’t have to have a child at Olga Reed to come out and support our school.

And even if you just want to stop by for dinner, please do! We’ll have nachos, pozole, tri-tip sandwiches, and tacos, along with fun new games, a DJ, face painting, and plenty of Harvest Festival fun!

It’s a great excuse to get out, enjoy an evening with neighbors, and support our local school and students.

Thank you again to everyone who has donated, volunteered, or helped make this event happen. We’re so lucky to have a community that shows up for our kids!

She’s back, and she’s as nostalgic as ever!

Our Caramel Apple Butter Chai has made its return for fall, bringing all those cozy, old-fashioned autumn flavors we love.

Think caramel apples, warm chai spices, and sweet apple butter. A little taste of fall in every sip.

Available hot or iced, because California hasn’t quite gotten the memo that it’s October.

BOO ON BELL IS COMING TO LOS ALAMOS!

Round up your little ghosts and goblins! The Los Alamos Merchant Association is bringing a little Halloween fun to Bell Street, and you’re invited!

Join us Thursday, October 29th, from 4:30–7:30 PM for an evening of trick-or-treating with participating local businesses along Bell Street.

Put on those costumes, bring your candy buckets, and enjoy a fun evening exploring our little town!

There’s a new little coffee shop in town… and the competition is getting pretty serious!

A HUGE thank you to Cory Withers and the Santa Ynez Wood Shop students for building this awesome little kitchen for our garden!

It’s such a sweet and fun addition to Los Alamos Coffee & Tea, and I can’t wait to see all the mud pies, dirt cupcakes, and imaginary lattes our littlest customers whip up!

Just one request… please don’t put us out of business with your mud coffee! 🤠❤️
