It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of Dim Sama this weekend. We are incredibly grateful for the support and love you've shown us over the years, and we will truly miss serving you our favorite dumplings and steamed buns.

Thank you to the Los Alamos community, especially to our dear friend Sonja . We loved partnering with you and dishing out our dim sum next to your exceptional wines. We'll cherish the memories we've created together.

We'll be serving up shumai, baos and more through the weekend, with the official last bites on Sunday, September 29th.
