☕️ A QUIETER FRIDAY AT THE BOUJEE ☕️

The rain is falling this morning, the coffee is brewing, and today feels a little quieter.

Our hearts are especially with our friend Dianna Palich and her family today as they gather to celebrate the life of her daughter, Abbey. There really aren’t words for a loss like that, but we hope they feel just how much this community is surrounding them with love. ❤️

This month has felt a heavy. We’ve watched people we care about walk through some incredibly difficult days, and it has reminded us of something we sometimes forget in the rush of everyday life:

There is still so much to be thankful for.

The people we love.
The friends who show up.
The conversations across a coffee-shop table.
The rain falling outside.
And simply being given another day to pour into one another.

And through the sunshine and the rain, the celebrations and the heartbreak, we thank God for another day, for the people He has placed in our lives, and for the reminder to never take a single one of them for granted. ❤️🙏

Maybe that’s the reminder we need this Friday.

Love your people. Check on your friends. Be a little kinder. Stay a little longer. And pour into what matters.

Today feels a little extra special around here. ❤️

This is my daughter, Chantel—beautiful, smart, talented, quick-witted, kind, and truly one of the biggest hearts I know. She has created some pretty amazing things at the Boujee for all of you to enjoy, and today is her last day before maternity leave! 🥹

Very soon, we’ll be trading our Chef Chantel in for Mama Chantel as we wait to welcome sweet baby Braxton into the world. 💙 We are so incredibly blessed.

And since it’s National Daughter’s Day, bring your daughter to the Boujee today and get 50% off one of her drinks! 🥤☕️ Come make a memory together—and help us send Chantel off with lots of love before baby time.

Today we’re giving a little recognition to Chief Holt.

One message he continues to emphasize is that Lorena is —and we couldn’t agree more.

Local businesses, organizations, neighbors, and the people who serve this town all play a part in what makes a community strong. And judging by this picture, the Chief certainly believes in supporting his local businesses. 🍩

Because when a community supports its own, everybody is better for it.



And for the rest of y’all, Smoky Southwest Chicken & Sweet Corn Bowls are on the lunch menu today—and they are GOOD.
