Well where do we start. Yes we are still coming to Loreauville, just not as fast as we or you were expecting. Due to family hardships, health wise, death of a parent, etc., and construction cost tripling we are taking our time in getting things done as not to have such a strain on opening. Praying that costs will level out and start to get back to normal. Thank you for your patience.

Due to the back order of some of the equipment we are at a stalemate in the time-frame. This is something that is beyond our control, so we would like to thank you for your patience in our construction and remodeling of our establishment. However in the meantime please continue the support of our other local dining establishments and if you're in the vicinity of any of our sister franchises please check them out for your dining pleasure.

Well Corporate was here again this morning. Had a breakfast meeting at Teche Cafe, great breakfast Rose Ann Decuir, Loreauville supporting Loreauville, then on to the future site of SIMPLE SIMON'S PIZZA-LOREAUVILLE to check out progress and get updates on equipment, etc. Everything is coming together some faster than Corporate was expecting.
PATIENCE MY PEOPLE, WE ARE GETTING CLOSER !!!!!!!!!!
The wait will be well worth it.

Demo almost complete.
One wall skeleton left to remove once the last of the STRONGBACKS is in place. Then on to the floors. Then electrical, plumbing, and
a/c's. Once that is done rewall and bring in all the equipment. And REDRESS THE OUTSIDE. Getting closer and closer.
