Chef Alan takes great pride in the preparation of our signature smoked meats. All meats are prepared and smoked in house. We use oak for our smoking flavor and depending on the cut of meat, each piece spends 12 to 16 hours in the smoker. All meats are cooked slow & low all day to ensure tenderness.

Choose from smoked brisket, tri-tip, pork shoulder, or half chickens, then round out your meal with your favorite Gastropub sides like German potato salad, seasonal fruit salad, Basin slaw with house aioli, mixed greens garden salad, or orzo pasta salad.
