Well it sure was fun while it lasted, but we sold the truck today . We wish the new owners good luck. We appreciate all of our customers and enjoyed the caterings that we got to do for y’all. We can still do caterings up to 75 -100 people. Cooked on site and served hot and fresh to order .

Lake Cherokee, we won't be coming out this weekend due to a couple of caterings. We should be out there next weekend, but we'll post either way to let everyone know. In the meantime let's hope for some rain and cooler weather.

Lake Cherokee, we're almost ready to go at SK35. We'll be here 2-8 tonight and we'll be back tomorrow morning for brunch from 10-2.

Our special tonight is Cubanos for $13. Pulled pork in mojo sauce, griddled ham, Swiss cheese, mustard, and pickles on a toasted bollilo roll with a bag of potato chips. While they last.

Lake Cherokee, we'll be back out this weekend at SK35. Weather looks a little cooler so we're hoping we won't be cooking ourselves like medium rare steaks just by being on the truck this weekend.

We'll have Cubanos this weekend for $13. Pulled pork in a mojo sauce, griddled ham, Swiss cheese, mustard, and pickles on a toasted bollilo roll and a bag of potato chips.

Well, Lake Cherokee, the heat definitely beat us today. We're shutting it down a little early today. One of our ACs went out on us and it's about 120 on the truck. We'll be back next week in hopes of some cooler weather. See you then.

We've still got some honey habanero cornbread muffins left as well. 2 for $5, sweetened with honey and brushed with honey butter coming out of the oven, then topped with sour cream and lime zest.

We've got birria tacos as a special tonight, 3 for $11 (sorry we haven't managed to get a pic of these, we'll try to grab one tonight for the next time we run this special). Shredded short ribs and cheese in a corn tortilla dipped in the braising fat then griddled and served with a side of broth for dipping/sipping, a side of cilantro, onion, and limes, and a handful of tortilla chips.

And this weekend we also have a little bit of a dessert for you. Honey habanero cornbread muffins, 2 for $5. Brushed with honey butter when they come out of the oven, then topped with sour cream and lime zest.

Lake Cherokee, you guys have cleaned us out already. We even made a trip to get more eggs! We'll make sure we have more next weekend.

As a side note, we're going to be keeping a jar by the pickup window with a booklet for anyone to leave any menu suggestions you might have. If there's something you've wanted us to make, let us know and we just might add it as a special. Anything you want, doesn't have to be Mexican food. Feel free to leave suggestions like this as a comment on our posts as well.

And we've got Cubanos tonight for $13 with a bag of potato chips. Pulled pork in mojo sauce, griddled ham, Swiss cheese, mustard, and pickles.

We've also got burgers 2 for $11 with a bag of potato chips. 3.5oz smashed patties with lettuce, pico de Gallo, pickles, and onions with your choice of mayo, mustard, or ketchup. Add bacon for $1.
