Unfortunately, the fire in our smoker got away from us today and we lost our Prime Rib for tonight, folks. Everyone is OK (it was an impressive fire), and the smoker is recoverable, but the prime rib is not. We don't have time to smoke another. It will be back next week. We apologize.
