Hi everyone! The final proof for the cookbook has been submitted to the printers. It will take about another week to get it all together. Thank you all for your patience. It's possible they will be ready by Friday, but for sure on Monday December 5th.

Without her talents as a graphic artist this book would not have been possible . Thanks a million Holly Hines McKnight. Copies will be $25 and I will announce release date and places to purchase soon.

Hello Fritzs friends! I have finally begun the Fritz's cookbook. All your favorites will be included!
Italian dressing, olive mix, shrimp toast, spinach dip, chicken salad,
Lasagna, manicotti, crab manicotti, cannelloni, Alfredo, marinara, crawfish sauce....and of course creme brûlée.. Please feel free to request recipes to be included. Once all the recipes are compiled,tested and reduced for the home cook, we hope to have it available before the holidays. Please feel free to request a recipe to be included.
