EDIT TO CLARIFY: The Lemon Drop supports our 1st amendment. Period.

Lemon drop would like to make it clear that no one here had anything to do with that protest on Thursday, however this news article chose to relate our business to that campaign. Although we would have loved to have participated we were too busy with other endeavors that day.
If this page is going to claim to be a news source they should get their facts straight and keep to the truth. If they claim to be concerned about local business, they should not smear others'. Or is that just the hypocrisy they sell?

We've been MIA. We apologize. After lots of thoughts and long consideration, we've decided to close the Lemon Drop PERMANENTLY. We gave it our best shot, we had so many wonderful connections and conversations. Every single one of our customers is valued and we are so grateful for every visit you made to help keep us going. We will continue to offer our award winning custom catering under the same name, The Lemon Drop. However, if you'd like lunch or something quick, you'll have to come see us at The Happy Tree Cafe out on Westside Hwy.
One last time, THANK YOU TO EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER WHO BELIEVED IN US AND OUR DREAMS. Nothing is possible without community. Best of luck to Gyros Gyros who will be taking over the space immediately!
