Private Parties need a gourmet Chef. Not a "open can, package" dish. We ONLY make our food from scratch. No perservatives, no fluff, just the best food. Gumbo on at this private party it is...🥰🥰

I want to say thanks for all the support from our friends and community. We have moved our truck to a minimum private cooking only, and will continue to do mostly private events, weddings, and Parties. We WILL do some public events. We set out for the food truck to be the "gourmet food" on wheels, thats the experience you get with us. Thankfully, the private events and weddings have kept us busy. We have excellent reviews, and have won over many customers with our one of a kind twist to many styles of food. Cajun, Mexican, BBQ, Southern Style and much more. We are called Twisted Chef for a reason. We have a talent in many styles of food. We have tons of Thanksgiving caterings and Private Christmas parties lined up from returning customers and new ones. We do not have many weekend dates left but we will always try to get you set up with the best. Thanks Longview and we hope to continue to provide awesome recipes and customer service to our community.

Thanks everyone for the great response this Saturday as we sold out again. Tomorrow we will be feeding our awesome teachers at Birch and then the art show at Parkway. We have kids meals for you there as well Come hang out with us.
