Caterings, weddings, private parties, oilfield locations and crews. We are a gourmet cooking team. Southern Chicken Fried Steak, homemade Holy Trinity Peppered Gravy, Garlic Marshed Taters, Green Beans for our Oil Field Crews during these Holidays.

Private Parties need a gourmet Chef. Not a "open can, package" dish. We ONLY make our food from scratch. No perservatives, no fluff, just the best food. Gumbo on at this private party it is...🥰🥰

I want to say thanks for all the support from our friends and community. We have moved our truck to a minimum private cooking only, and will continue to do mostly private events, weddings, and Parties. We WILL do some public events. We set out for the food truck to be the "gourmet food" on wheels, thats the experience you get with us. Thankfully, the private events and weddings have kept us busy. We have excellent reviews, and have won over many customers with our one of a kind twist to many styles of food. Cajun, Mexican, BBQ, Southern Style and much more. We are called Twisted Chef for a reason. We have a talent in many styles of food. We have tons of Thanksgiving caterings and Private Christmas parties lined up from returning customers and new ones. We do not have many weekend dates left but we will always try to get you set up with the best. Thanks Longview and we hope to continue to provide awesome recipes and customer service to our community.

Doing what we do, we are not the typical food truck, we are gourmet, your not paying for food, your paying for the experience to taste the twist in Twisted. Caterings, private partys, weddings, events. Call us and let us show you what great food does to your event. We keep your guest coming back.
