When Rosario Cárdenas first opened her restaurant, her biggest fear was that people wouldn’t want to try the Peruvian dishes.

But 14 years later, Rosario’s Peruvian Restaurant, tucked in an unassuming strip mall in Longmont, has become an award-winning staple of Peruvian cuisine on the Front Range.

Así vivimos nuestras Fiestas Patrias en Rosario’s 🇵🇪❤️ Ver la fila hasta la puerta, el restaurante lleno y a tantas personas celebrando nuestra cultura con nosotros fue algo inolvidable. Gracias a Qhaswa Peru USA por compartir su talento y lograr que todos se unieran a bailar, incluso quienes vivieron nuestros bailes tradicionales por primera vez. Nos encantó ver el cariño que recibimos el domingo, así que este martes 28 de julio a las 6:00 p.m. tendremos una presentación especial de Qhaswa Perú-USA, con bailes tradicionales de la Costa, Sierra y Selva.
