Soft opening, first time serving dumplings to the public. What a grand adventure it's been!

We were hoping to get a couple more flavors made as we come to a close here, but some unforseen events have left us with no extra time for additional dumplings. There's still some Pork & Fennel dumplings, and we've got Rayu and Umami Shoyu in 5oz bottles (very fancy).

There will be no deliveries this Saturday, but we're more than happy to coordinate a delivery or pickup with you next week.

Good day, Yinz!
Because we love you, we'll cut right to the point...

We're stepping away from Shinkyū-No. It's been an incredible adventure, one that we would not have traded for the world.
Shinkyū-No was successful in every single way initially envisioned, and even in ways unforseen; but it's time to tenderly put it to bed. Onward to new endeavors and opportunities!

We will continue making dumplings, updating our menu, delivering, and keeping you informed through the end of June. So please, stay tuned for more dumplings as we want to make sure you get your fix. You certainly deserve it, and we appreciate all the love and support you've shown over the years. THANK YOU! 💚

Witness, the Shinkyū-No dumplings living their best life! 🤌
We put a lotta love and work into these delicious little hand folded pillows, and the best way to honor those efforts can be seen here.

We'd like to thank you, our patrons and local community for all your continued support! Your love keeps these dumplings rollin'. 😘

There will be no deliveries this weekend, we're taking some time to spend with family. But we'll be offering pick ups until Thursday at 4pm.
We'll reach out to you to schedule a pick up time after your order is placed.
